The Chairman opened the meeting by thanking all concerned for their hard work during the past year. She extended a vote of thanks to Mrs June Glennerster who had organised the refreshments served at the Exhibition as well as to the ladies who had provided cakes and drinks. They had all been much appreciated by visitors. It was generally agreed that the Exhibition had been very successful and that the assistance of the Pembrokeshire Museum Services and the Pembrokeshire Record Office had been invaluable.

1. Minutes

The Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 29 August 2003, copies of which were circulated, were agreed and signed by the Chairman as a true record of the proceedings.

2. Chairman's Report for the year 2003-2004

The Chairman read her Report covering the year to 31st July 2004.

The Report was adopted.

3. Treasurer's Report

The Report to 31st July 2004 copies of which had been circulated. The Treasurer presented the accounts which had been audited by David Henderson.

The Report was adopted.

4. Election of Officers

The following were elected to serve as Officers.

It was proposed by Tony Wales and Seconded by June Glennerster that the Committee Members all be re-elected.

6. Date of Next Committee Meeting

It was agreed to hold the next meeting during early October. The date and place to be advised by the Secretary.
